Tenz for Kids
Something can always happen before the start of a journey. The following cancellation conditions apply at Hotel Tenz:
Up to 30 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge,
29 – 15 days before arrival: 40% of the price,
14 – 8 days before arrival: 60% of the price,
8 – 0 days before arrival, in case of late arrival or early departure: 70% of the price.
In case of no-show, 100 % of the total costs will be charged.
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, free cancellation is no longer possible less than 30 days before the start of the booked stay.
Tip: We recommend taking out travel insurance. We would be happy to inform you about this and offer you the service of completing the transaction.
With our cancellation insurance you are financially protected. If you arrive late, fail to arrive, or cut your stay short, cancellation fees may still apply in accordance with EU regulations.
To protect you from any expenses in such cases, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which can be covered for you by the European Travel Insurance.

If you would like to book a double room as a single room, the surcharge per day is € 45.00.
Our prices are valid for stays of 4 nights or more. Surcharge on half-board price for a shorter stay: 15%.
Local tax
The local tax is € 3.00 per person per day (children under 14 years are excluded). This fee is not included in the total price of your stay and must be paid on-site.

Check-in & check-out
Your room will be ready for you from 15:00 on arrival day. Earlier arrival is only possible in consultation with reception.
On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 11:00.
Dogs
Your four-legged friend is warmly welcome at Tenz upon request. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, pool areas, or on the sunbathing lawns. A charge of € 20.00 per dog, per day applies (food not included). Please ensure that dogs are kept on a leash at all times while on the premises. Hotel Tenz reserves the right to charge additional cleaning fees if necessary.
Please note: pets are not allowed in certain room categories. Please inform yourself about this in advance.
