Quite some things can happen before your travelling date … If you cancel your stay at Hotel Tenz, we have a request: Kindly inform us in due time! We will try to rent out the room to somebody else. The following terms of cancellation shall apply should this not be possible:

Up to 30 days prior to arrival: free of charge cancellation,
29-15 days prior to arrival: 40% of the price,
14-8 days prior to arrival: 60% of the price,
0-8 days prior to arrival or in case of premature departure: 70% of the price.

Tip: We recommend a travelling cancellation insurance. We are pleased to give you all necessary information and consequently provide the service of effecting the insurance.

With our cancellation insurance you are financially secured. Should you arrive later or not at all or if you leave earlier, cancellation fees can be further settled according to EU standards. To hold you harmless of any costs and expenses in such cases, we recommend to sign a travelling cancellation insurance to have any problems handled by the European Travelling Insurance.
